FritsJurgens System Fx
Pivot hinges with hold positions.
System Fx is used when a door must remain open at defined positions without returning closed. The system provides controlled movement while allowing the door to hold firmly in place.
At Banbury Lane, we specify hold-position systems for interior spaces where doors need to stay open consistently and align precisely in use.
How It Works
Controlled movement with defined positions.
System Fx combines free movement with strong hold positions at 0°, 90°, 180°, and 270°. The door moves freely between positions, then returns and holds precisely where required.
Defined Hold Positions
Holds firmly at 0°, 90°, 180°, and 270° for predictable and repeatable door positioning.
No Closing Force
The door does not return closed — movement is controlled without soft-close or damping.
High-Traffic Ready
Ideal for interior spaces where doors need to remain open consistently and align in use.
When to Specify
System Fx is the right choice for:
- Doors that need to stay open at defined angles
- High-traffic interior openings
- Spaces requiring consistent door positioning
- Projects where soft-close is not required
Configurations
Available in 40mm and 70mm.
System Fx backsets are selected based on pivot placement and door layout.
