Armac Martin - Digbeth Knob Plain
DIGK/KNOBONLY/PLAIN/32/DAB
Armac Martin has machined solid brass hardware in Birmingham, England for four generations, hand polishing and finishing every piece across a suite of living, lacquered, and plated finishes. It is among the most exacting brass houses in the trade. Banbury Lane carries one of the most comprehensive Armac Martin displays in Canada. Hand the hardware to a client, weigh one collection against another, compare two finishes under showroom lighting before committing to spec. Finish chips are sent to the design office or job site on request. Specified through Banbury Lane, shipped across Canada.
The Digbeth Knob Plain is a square-section cuboid with crisp chamfered edges, machined from solid brass in Birmingham, England. Named for the city's industrial design district, it reads as a deliberate material line for kitchen, bath, and furniture-grade cabinetry, hardware specified to be seen rather than merely fitted.
Machined from solid brass, hand sateened, then a dark antique patina applied before barrelling. Living finish; the aged tone deepens with age and handling.
Living finish. Expect natural darkening and patina with age and handling. Clean with a soft dry cloth. To brighten, polish or wax; no lacquer is applied.
